They’re technically not “blue jeans” because they’re really blue corduroy, so I made an exception to my Blue Jean Strike (who says we all have to wear blue pants?!).  Also, when you find ankle-length jeans that are actually ankle-length on someone under 5’3, you kind of have to buy them, especially when they’re 75% off.  I’ve found that the secret to jeans tucked inside ankle boots is that they have to be REALLY skinny at the bottom.  I would normally not wear skinny jeans that are this skinny.  Dangerously close to “jeggings,” which I also denounce.

I love the new backpack my sistar got me for Christmas!  Having both arms free is not only convenient, but liberating!  But moreso convenient….when you’re SHOPPING.  However, be prepared to be mistaken for a high schooler.  Oh “age appropriateness.”  I’ll get to you one day.  Just not this year.

i’m so over conscious of wearing backpacks in stores bc i don’t want to be mistaken for a shoplifter. i don’t want eyes lead me around the store and employees cleaning up an already tidy area conveniently next to me.

I always try to pull my sock up over the bottom of my skinny jeans before I put my feet in the boot. Easy to slip on and off, and it looks tucked in automatically!

I always do this with knee high boots! A bit harder with ankle boots. This also reminds me that I also need to buy more black socks!
